Alberthe Marie (Genice) Beaujour, 59, of Norwalk Connecticut passed away on Wednesday, July 11 at Norwalk Hospital.
Born on November 5, 1958, in Aux Cayes, Haiti. She was the daughter of a Elucide (Deville)Genice and Laens Jean Baptiste Genice.
Alberthe worked as a teacher in Haiti and as a CNA in the United States. She lived and worked in Norwalk for over 30 years
She is survived by her husband, Pierre B. Beaujour; children, Alex Beaujour, Barbara Beaujour, and Kassandra Beaujour of Norwalk; grandchildren, Camron Beaujour, Nasir Coote, Averie Beaujour , and Preston Cherival; father, Jean-Baptiste Genice; Siblings, Pierre-Paul Genice, Evens Genice, Rosemith Joseph, Corneil Genice, Edrisse Italis, Henriette Genice, Mackenson Genice, Louise Genice, and Neptia Genice.
Alberthe was predeceased by her daughter Nely, her mother, Elucide and her brother, Lamoth.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, July 21 at 9 AM at Broad River Church, 163 New Canaan Ave., Norwalk, CT 06850.
Visitation/wake will be held on Friday, July 20 at 6 PM at Collins funeral home, 92 East Ave., Norwalk, CT 06854
