Marian Stovall, 69, wife of Ray Stovall of Norwalk, passed away Thursday July 4th, 2019 at CT Hospice of Branford.
Born September 9th, 1949 in Mt. Vernon, New York, She was the daughter of the late John and Lorraine Hoyt.
Marian attended Rippowam High School in Stamford then went on to fulfill her dream of becoming a nurse. Marian always had a love for animals and spent many years as a wildlife rehabilitator raising abandoned baby animals and nursing sick and injured animals back to health.
She is survived by her husband Ray, sons Ray Jr. and Kevin. Brothers – John, Tom, Ed, Jim, Pete, and their wives. Her sister Lori. Grandkids – Kylynn, Ella, Nathan, and Pauline, as well as countless cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Paul.
A celebration of life will be held on August 10th at 10:00am at Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Avenue Norwalk. A reception will follow and be announced after the services.
