William L. Reichle, 71, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2016 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Bridgeport, CT.
Born November 21, 1944 in Richmond, Virginia, he was the son of the late Leonard Frederick Carl Reichle and Martha Opaline Miller Reichle.
Mr. Reichle attended Summit High School in Summit, New Jersey and the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. He began his career as a purchasing agent for States Marine Line in New York City and then in Stamford, CT. He subsequently worked at the Air Correction division of UOP in Darien, CT and Trans-Lux in Norwalk, CT.
He is survived by one son, David L. Reichle of Norwalk and two married daughters, Elizabeth Yule and her husband Jared of Orlando, FL and Katherine Branch and her husband Richard of Wilton, CT as well as five grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Robert R. Reichle and his wife Donna of Pittsboro, NC and one niece.
Interment took place on Friday, April 8th at St. John’s Cemetery in Norwalk, CT.
