Wilroy Ford, 82, husband of Elizabeth Ford, of Norwalk, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2016, at the Norwalk Hospital.
Born on June 2, 1934, in Suffolk, VA, he was the son of the late Julius and Gracie (Jones) Ford.
In addition to his wife, Elizabeth, Wilroy is survived by his daughters Ladahvia Nelson of Raleigh, NC, Robin Ford of Norwalk, Melisa Ford-Colin of Raleigh, NC, son-in-law Breyzinski Colin; Grandchildren: Elizabeth Williams, Felicity Colin, Elanah Colin and Aidan Colin; a sister, Mildred Arnold and a brother Sherley Ford as well as by a host of Nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his siblings Lester Stephenson, Henry Ford, Ernest Stephenson and Margaret Stephenson.
Friends may call on Tuesday, November 22, from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM at the First Congregational Church, 3 Lewis Street, Norwalk. Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 PM at the church on Tuesday. Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery, 223 Richards Avenue, Norwalk.
